Among the other more practical remedies, we can certainly include a neck and shoulder massage, the application of a warm cloth on the neck, the reduction of caffeine drunk, greater hydration, a healthier and more balanced diet. It can also help reduce the thickness of the pillow on which you sleep.

In any case, don't overdo it - you should never take pain relievers for headaches for more than a couple of days, and you should always consult your doctor before doing so.
